An online dropshipping retailer based in Birmingham, created as a sister company to demonstrate our in-house expertise in launching scalable e-commerce brands with zero inventory overhead.

Challenge

SGF Direct needed a fast, scalable e-commerce solution that could support a wide product catalog, provide a seamless user experience, and establish immediate credibility in a competitive online space. As a new venture within our internal network, the goal was to build an attractive brand that converts visitors into buyers—while minimizing operational complexity via dropshipping.

The website had to look premium, run smoothly, and integrate with secure payment systems, while also serving as a proof-of-concept platform for our agency’s ability to deliver end-to-end e-commerce solutions.

Branding and Logo Design:
We crafted a bold, professional logo and brand identity that would work seamlessly across packaging, digital ads, and the web. The brand was designed to communicate trust, convenience, and efficiency—key attributes in the e-commerce space.

Web Design & Development:
We designed and developed a responsive, mobile-optimized dropshipping store using WordPress + WooCommerce. The site was built for easy browsing and conversion, with custom product layouts, filters, cart functionality, and product automation tools. We also ensured integration with third-party plugins for product syncing and order management.

Payment & Security:
To ensure customer confidence and smooth transactions, we implemented trusted payment gateways and SSL certification. We also optimised the checkout flow to reduce cart abandonment and boost order completion.

Marketing Strategy:
As part of the setup, we created an SEO-optimised foundation and launched a tailored content and ad strategy to drive traffic. This included keyword research around high-demand product categories, technical SEO setup, and a roadmap for content and social growth. The brand was positioned for easy onboarding to Meta Ads, Google Shopping, and influencer partnerships.
