Slack will be your main space for communication with your designer and our team.
2. Your Designer Gets Assigned
We’ll match you with a UK-based designer best suited to your plan and type of work. This typically happens within 1 business day.The link for this has been sent to the email address you used to purchase the package.
3. Start Submitting Requests
Once you’re in Slack, you can start submitting unlimited design requests straight away.
Your designer will work through tasks one at a time.
4. Book Your Introduction Call
To get you set up properly and ensure everything runs smoothly from day one, we require a short introduction call before work begins.
This call allows us to:
Confirm your goals and priorities
Walk through how requests, Slack, and timelines work
Answer any questions you may have
Make sure your first tasks are set up correctly
This is especially important if you signed up without booking a demo beforehand.
