Problem

The client initially sought design services on Fiverr, resulting in subpar and unprofessional branding materials, including leaflets, business cards, and a logo. The low-quality designs failed to reflect the prestige and professionalism of their estate agency, leaving the client dissatisfied and frustrated. The materials lacked cohesion, polish, and failed to convey the desired brand image, jeopardizing their reputation in a highly competitive market.

Solution

Recognizing the need for a complete overhaul, we stepped in to transform the client’s branding. We began by redesigning the leaflets and business cards from scratch, offering multiple variations for the client to choose from, ensuring each option aligned with their vision. We meticulously updated and refined their logo, elevating it to a professional standard. Additionally, we created bespoke estate agency boards for lettings, featuring various styles tailored to their target audience.

To maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, we designed a comprehensive style guide. This guide served as the foundation for all future branding efforts, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all materials. Furthermore, we designed both front and back letterheads that reflected the new branding.

Understanding the importance of a strong online presence, we extended our services to the digital realm. We crafted 11 customized social media post templates and overhauled their Instagram presence. This included updating profile pictures, designing the first six posts, creating pinned posts, and curating highlight designs, all aligned with their refreshed brand identity.
