Challenge: The Rental Touch faced challenges due to its extensive experience in managing short-term rental properties without a strong online presence or the ability to secure direct bookings. This lack hindered its profitability, limited guest interaction, and put it at a disadvantage compared to competitors. However, these issues have now been addressed, as The Rental Touch has invested in a professional website, implemented effective digital marketing strategies, and established a strong brand presence online.

Solution: The solution involved designing and developing a short-term rental machine website for The Rental Touch, enabling them to secure direct bookings on their own platform. To enhance guest interaction, we integrated their CRM system, facilitating seamless communication with past guests. Additionally, we integrated a channel manager into the website, allowing for efficient management of property bookings across multiple platforms. The branding, logo, and web design development were completed using WordPress, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence for The Rental Touch.
